The ISmart team is an excellent group to work with. We built two other homes with project builders (one in NSW and another in WA) but the commitment to quality and engagement with our build shown by the ISmart team far surpasses these project builders. Brian and Dennis took time out to review our block of land before we purchased it and were then involved in all aspects of the development of design by the Luke Kellett team.
The beautiful split-level home complete with two undercrofts and two car garage with storage room truly is gorgeous and is further complimented by the fact that it is a Certified Passiv Haus. We went to view this site before the client’s purchase which was the first indication of Paul and Francizka’s understanding of Passiv Haus and the need for collaboration at the very early stages of the project.
The block predominantly faces North West and has frontage facing a beautiful parkland right across the street. Luke Kellett and the team at Kellett Design Group did a fantastic job with this design. Even with the complex nature of the block and the many challenges with thermal bridging and services allocation associated with the three split levels. The home boasts a grand entrance with a beautiful stair tower which then opens up to a very large open-plan living dining room area.
