I can highly recommend I-SMART Building Group. Brian and his team did an excellent job to build my new home on a very small, challenging, intercity block with limited access. I have been living in my beautiful new house for a couple of years now and so glad I chose to build a Passiv Hous. Nestled quietly amongst the many nameless rear single-access laneways of the beautiful Fremantle heritage area this one-of-a-kind custom design and build home is simply breathtaking. This home has more features than one would have thought possible on such a tiny inaccessible block.
The first of many challenges for this home was the requirement from the local council to use the original footprint and limestone foundations of the previous early 1900s brick and tile workers’ cottage. After some deliberation and a few design sketches, the concept design was agreed upon. It was through the next phase of design with the clients that the building evolved into the magnificent home it is today.
